Produced by the producers of SIPRO, an association of 9 young coffee producers and their extended family. Grown on the mountains bordering Guatemala in Chiapas, Mexico.

Chiapas is Mexico’s poorest state. It also has the largest indigenous population and is the country’s biggest producer of coffee. The majority of the regions coffee producers are small holder farms with less than a hectare of coffee trees. Many not rewarded nearly enough for their work. Leading to the disappearance of coffee production in Mexico.
